An eerie picture, it deserves a weird write, eerie if I could. Thank you.So it's another Saturday write, all before my feet hit the floor. I like it, sort of. A way we feel some days, hopefully not forever. Oh yes, just after I clicked "Post" Mrs. Jim brought me coffee and a granola bar half, that's my usual breakfast even out of bed...
cool story bro.
Welcome and good morning to all our Muse friends and new arrivals. I look forward to seeing that you'll all do with the provided image. :-)
*what* you'll do
Love Love Love this photo Shay!
Thanks, Carrie! Loved your poem!
I shall duly cogitate, and will be back. Have I said lately how much I appreciate the Muse? Well, I do!
So glad you're here with us, Sherry!
Mine is a poor effort, but am not feeling well today, and can't seem to get out of the rhyme-scheme to do any better. Sigh.
Feel better, Sherry.
Hi guys! Will someone please delete my first post ... forgot that danged html thingy.
All taken care of, friend! Good to see you! :-)
Rhyme, rhyme, Meter, meter. No clear accent though. Thus I saw, and thus I wrote, and now I'm off to return tomorrow. (I actually have no idea what the photo shows, to tell the truth!)
We're glad you're here, Susan!
Thanks for hosting. This picture took some thought and then I ended up somewhere I didn't expect at all. Love how these prompts lets my muse find new avenues of poetry. :-) ❤️
I love it when prompts do that!
Sorry Ron, this is not an open link. If you want to write to this image and link again, that would be great.
I'm really rusty at this, but giving it a shot.
First link failed, please ignore. Second link should be good. Thanks!
They both worked fine for me. So glad you joined us, qbit. You are some writer. :-)
Thank you so much. Will be back in a bit to comment on the other poems!
Cool pic. I am joining in later today and will read the poems submitted for this wicked good photo prompt
Looking forward to what you will create.
Chrissa, I hope you read this. When I went to your blog I got a warning from my security stuff that your site may contain links to viruses or malicious software. So, I didn't go there or read your piece. I did request a review by webroot, but not sure if it's something you're aware of, or what.
Only a careless man handles his lens like this, shoulder strap dangling.
I would not have known that, but it makes perfect sense. Great catch.
R's Rue this is not an open link. I guess I need to make that clearer. If you want to write to the image, feel free to link again. Also, please link to that specific post, not just your blog home page. Thanks.
Another fabulous prompt as always... Thanks for sharing.. :)
Glad you like!
