Good morning, Carrie and Guys. Another sitting-onbedside-write from here. I left the first four at the top from last night (also bed-side) but changed course this morning. I woke up at 7:28, Mrs. Jim had left and is still sleeping in a recliner with the living room TV on. I'll go make us some coffee and then use the laptop to make my write a little pretty. You all have a good day, keep your wear your gloves (I have an unwritten story to write 'someday', Jim's Life raising kids when they are away admonitions). It is glove weather here in the Houston area, 26°F, but I have lost mine from last year. Oh yes, no snow in our parts south. ..
Indeed it is a cold one in Houston, and time for coffee, gloves and for you to write your story of child rearing and more. Tell Mrs. Jim I said "Hello".
The photo reminded me of my happiest and most energetic years. I wound up with chronic fatigue, and no wonder. But those ten years were amazing, lived full-tilt.
Rob, am not sure if others are having trouble, too, but on your site I can only see some of your poem, when I try to scroll down, the screen goes black and there is no where to leave a comment. But what I saw of your poem, you have the colloquial patter down pat.
Hi Carrie. I came across The Sunday Muse challenge a little while ago and kept meaning to take part! So I finally have :-) Not sure my attempt counts as a poem though! The images chosen are always so evocative.
Good morning everyone!! ☕ Happy writing!

Hi Syl, so glad you are here! Will be heading over to read your haiku soon. Wishing you a great week as well!
