Sunday Muse #146

"Natural Woman" Digital Collage Art "Covid Creations" by Susie Clevenger

Good morning and welcome everyone.  We are delighted you are here! It is Carrie this week with art from one of our own poets on blogger, Susie Clevenger.  Her digital art is so lovely and thought provoking and I have been admiring it for a while.  I had a light bulb moment earlier this week, and decided to pursue featuring her art for our musing.   Thank you, Susie, for giving us the opportunity to write to your amazing art!

I cannot wait to see the different directions this takes you!

Have fun everyone!

  5. Bravo to Susie for that lovely bit of digital art! My housemates have been in Hilton Head for 10 days and I haven't been out of the house for days on end. I'm afraid I have a case of the Covid Isolation Blues, longing for the sound of a human voice not my own! Looking forward to what everyone does with this beautiful art.

    1. I know that has to be rough Beverly. I hope that the time you have left in isolation goes quickly. I am looking forward to reading yours too. I just finished mine, so I will be reading everyone's in just a bit. :-)

  6. Great image. But, as always, beware when I feel moved by a piece of artwork. It never goes as planned.

    3. Vertigo is the worst—so scary and unsettling.

  14. I like the collaging aspect of the Digital Art. I'm not artistic at all, have not left the stickman stage yet. But I can sketch, then place my characters, etc. in the places. I have found YouTube tutorial pages, YouTube taught me bathroom sink plumbing, so perhaps how to do this.
But never, never, would mine be as nice as Susie's. I suggest we all go see (cross you fingers, Pinterest might want you to open an account to look, Bozos}.

    1. Yes collage art is wonderful and Susie is so very talented. I think you could be better at art than you think Jim. You just have to dive in and try.
