Good morning and Happy Easter Weekend to those that celebrate it. I apologize for the late and smaller post, but I wanted to at least have something here to fuel the muse of those that come here loyally every week. I appreciate you all more than I can express. Next week I will get my act together.
I hope one of these images leads you down the writing path.
Enjoy the journey and I hope that you also enjoy family and those you love this weekend.

Thanks, Carrie, for hosting so faithfully. I will be by to read links as they post. Am intrigued by the images but nothing is stirring yet. Smiles.ReplyDelete
You are very welcome Sherry. So glad you are here. I have had a long dry spell myself but hope that one if the images inspires poetry from you my friend.Delete
Sherry — you are a trooper and saint my friend. Your site here helps so very much to keep me sane, like no other prompt site… especially these recent weeks for me, because The Sunday Muse offers wonderful freedom for us po’tree’riters to completely stretch out our imagination, by riffin’ riten’ and ramblin’ to the super visual you offer each week. Thank you so much for investing your free time in keepin’ this alive! Bravo—bravo!! 👍🏼✌🏼🏼ReplyDelete
You are very welcome my friend! I am sorry you are going through so much Rob. Life can be so stressful. I hope that this Easter you have some joy and peace in your life.Delete
From Helen ~~ I agree with Sherry and Rob! Busy all weekend but will return tomorrow ~ if one of the images strikes my fancy! Happy Easter. 💐ReplyDelete
I do hope one strikes your dance my friend. This is a busy weekend for many of us so I do understand. Happy Easter dear Helen. 🐇✝️💫🕊️🐣ReplyDelete
Happy Easter - some lovely images once again 💗ReplyDelete
FROM RALL.....Wishing everyone A HAPPY EASTER !ReplyDelete
I like your "quick" pick, Carrie. Thank you for hosting on this holiday. I hope your Easter was happy. We did church and spent the afternoon for lunch and to watch the Augusta Master's Golf Tournament, I chose the bird.ReplyDelete
It was hard for me to decide between the bird, the brown bear's hug, or the cello player. I wound up with the bird pecking at his piano keys. It sort of fit the NaPoWriMo prompt for today, write a Sonnet with at least a mention of "Love". I wrote it while watching the golf match so I'm late in posting.
Hi Carrie, Happy (belated) Easter to you as well!ReplyDelete
Thank you Carrie for the prompt inspiration. I'm very late to the party, but wanted to attempt, nevertheless. :)ReplyDelete
