Sunday Muse #221

Hello & welcome to another week at the Muse my friends!  I am delighted you are here! This week I am doing something a little different. I am posting images from different movies I have loved over the years.  I find movies fascinating, and they always inspire me to want to write a story for the big screen someday.  That being said, I am not saying you have to write a story. You can write anything your heart desires; poetry, prose, story poem, and the list goes on….  I know some of these movies may have been ones you did not care for, but I hope that at least one of the images will inspire you to writing!

Have fun everyone & don’t forget to visit and comment on others along the way.

  1. You blessed my heart with this trip down memory lane. We share many of the same favorites --- especially Where the Heart Is.

  2. Hello All. Carrie, I was not expecting to be writing to Ghost, but it was a wonderful catharsis to do so. Happy Saturday!

  3. These are wonderful Carrie. Reminds me of my “Matinee Muse”, the cinema based prompt site I published in 2008 and 2009. I had a great time with it. And I do agree with you my fridnd — “I find movies fascinating, and they always inspire me…”

    1. Glad you like them Rob! I guess things like movies are like people watching...the world is a poet's muse.
