And if you drop a glass on that burnt orange carpeting in the family room, it won't break. it'll be like falling on a big garish pillow! Got to love the 70s.
Happy Sunday everybody. Today, I am pressed for time as it is my mother's birthday. She stays with me so had to prepare some of her favorite dishes. On top the weather is getting the goatee with 32 degrees Celsius temperature and bone breaking humidity at 11am and it is only March. I couldn't miss the amazing prompt and came up with a haiku. :)
Thanks for the image Carrie. Was rotating it to see how it looked, with in my mind the last launch of space X, and finished with a rotated image, as the mirror of the glass was so powerful.
A blessed Sunday to all

Good morning Gillena. Will do. Have a wonderful weekend.
DeleteI am a true product of my 70's upbringing...had to include a Cascade reference in this week's poem. :) Good morning all!

DeleteI think all three of us can appreciate and have lots of memories of that time. :-)
DeleteLove the image Carrie, thank you! Put me into a transcendental mind rush. A bit of an M.C. Escher journey inward, off the rails! 🙂✌🏼❤️
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear it Rob! I really enjoyed your poem. Have a good weekend my friend.
