  2. Thank you for the nice prompt.
It brought me back to the time we challenged each other to create words on music.
I think my mind is set on jazz now for today. Better than thinking about the storms of the past days and how to mend the fence.

    Enjoy your week!!

    1. Hi Syl, I am sorry that you had some fence damage from storms. I know that just adds stress to life. I recently went through the same thing. I had a limb the size of a small tree hit my roof and cause leaks and damage my chimney. We are still in the midst of repairs. I hope it gets fixed quickly for you. I am heading to read yours now. Try to have a good weekend Syl.

  5. I know just enough about Thelonious Monk to be dangerous. I hope I did him justice in my poem.

  6. This is an educational prompt for me, Carrie, another one I had never heard of before. I didn't do Mr. Monk justice but I had fun doing it once I saw what his glasses are doing. Just what are they doing? Reflection or paint job probably, any way I used them still but wrote differently than those ways.
