Sunday Muse #152
Good morning Musers. Sorry I am a little late with this. (Actually, I am a day early! I never know what day it is. So you get an extra day of writing!) You know what to do. This tape will self-destruct in 12 seconds.
Love this one, early, late, now, either way it is awesome! That glare in those eyes could take you all kinds of directions. Happy Friday Shay and everyone!
Looks like “The Bachelor” meets The Sunday Muse. Hmmm, what to do with this? Oh well, I’ll write something, because I love this site, and grateful for those who invest the time to keep it going. Thanks!
I'm not going to get a full poem out, but here is a Nantucket Sleighride. (That's like an American Sentence, but y'know, more like Melville. Defined as a 7 syllable "harpoon", followed by 25 syllables of "rope".)
But what do his hands look like?
They look like the rosary of .22 longs I bought once at the 7-Eleven on Colfax.
Things to do in Denver when you're dead? I remember Colfax Avenue fondly from 6 weeks I spent in Denver way back when. For some odd reason I have a vivid recollection of buying the Grateful Dead's "American Beauty" on cassette (!) at a record store on Colfax.
I did not know about this form, but may now have to run with it. I love yours.
Weeeeeee what a ride this is! Love your Qbit form and the deep vision it impressed upon the mind! Wonderful Qbit! I would have missed this if it had not been for Helen!
